My work is situated at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, education, nursing and human development, with a particular interest in the ways cognitive, emotional, and neurological processes shape wellbeing, resilience, and personal transformation. My professional trajectory reflects a multidisciplinary approach that integrates perspectives from psychological sciences, education, and healthcare, allowing me to explore human development through both theoretical and applied lenses.

I began my academic formation with a dual specialisation in Primary and Early Childhood Education (Teacher–Educator qualification), a programme grounded in developmental psychology, pedagogy, and cognitive learning processes. This background provided a strong foundation for understanding how individuals learn, develop, and adapt across different stages of life.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by a Master’s degree in Neurobiology, academic studies that have shaped my interest in the biological and neurological foundations of behaviour, mental health, and cognitive processes. In addition, I have completed professional training in Nursing, which further strengthened my understanding of the physiological and clinical dimensions of health and reinforced my commitment to holistic, patient-centred approaches.
I worked as a Specialist Teacher in an international educational environment. I supported children and adolescents with diverse educational and developmental needs and contributed to the design and implementation of educational and developmental projects for young people aged 3 to 18.
I also practiced as a Clinical Psychologist in Romania, where I gained experience in psychological assessment, counselling, and therapeutic support. This role deepened my interest in the relationship between psychological functioning, emotional regulation, and neurological processes, further shaping my commitment to integrative approaches that connect psychological science with practical interventions aimed at improving individual wellbeing.
My broader professional experience has also included work within healthcare environments in both private and public sectors in the United Kingdom, where I developed a comprehensive understanding of patient-centred care and the complex interplay between psychological, neurological, and physiological aspects of health. This experience has reinforced my belief that sustainable health outcomes require multidisciplinary collaboration and a holistic understanding of the individual.
In addition, I have completed the EUPATI (European Patients’ Academy on Therapeutic Innovation) Patient Expert Training Programme in Brussels, an internationally recognised initiative that prepares experts to actively contribute to the research, development, and evaluation of innovative medicines and healthcare technologies. This programme provided in-depth knowledge of the therapeutic innovation ecosystem and strengthened my ability to engage in patient-centred research, healthcare innovation, and policy dialogue, with a strong focus on improving healthcare systems through meaningful patient involvement.
I am an Advanced ILF Neurofeedback Practitioner, trained by EEGInfo Europe, working with Infra-Low Frequency Neurofeedback, a neuroscience-based method designed to support the brain’s self-regulation and improve emotional stability, cognitive clarity, and overall wellbeing.
My commitment to continuous academic and professional development is reflected in advanced training in Personal Development Counselling (Life Coaching), Neuroscience Coaching, Trauma Coaching, and Health Coaching. These fields complement my psychological and neuroscientific interests by offering practical frameworks and evidence-informed tools that support individuals in overcoming psychological barriers, developing resilience, and achieving a sustainable balance between mind, brain, and body.
Through my work, I seek to contribute to the advancement of human-centred approaches in psychology and neuroscience, promoting interdisciplinary perspectives that bridge research, education, and applied practice. My overarching goal is to support the development of innovative, compassionate, and scientifically grounded approaches to mental health, personal growth, and holistic wellbeing.
